As the Dutch words for 'University of Applied Sciences' and 'University' are not yet protected by law, the use of the Dutch word for 'University' is not in violation of Dutch law. == Location == From 2003 the university is located in the North of Rotterdam, in a characteristic stately building on the Bergsingel.
